For a year I was bitching on moaning that E*trade would not let me buy txtm because of the CE designation , thank fucking God they protected me from myself and DR J , he has turned out to have no integrity and does not care that he has not delivered on 1 of the hundreds of promises he has made that would have increased shareholder value. That's the thing. I could not care less if retail buy this stock. It wont be retail buys that take us where we are going post CE.  Also you use the word professional very loosely. 

Revisionist history. DaVinci was the first professional trader who caught wind of this company at the beginning, and in full cooperation with management led a group of fellow traders to prominently pump the stock up during its heyday.

All the older investors who still own this stock will attest to this. Except of course you and a handful of others still trying to get a new generation of speculators with short memories on board.

DaVinci is a newbie who got lucky when every stock in the world skyrocketed. Nothing here says scam other than the CE designation. When you review all the filings and facts of the company its easy to see that the CE is unwarranted 

Its interesting how no one can answer my questions. TXTM has so many unanswered questions that are critical to ascertaining whether or not it's a scam. Perhaps everyone should start paying attention to the posts of "DaVinci, the Trader God" which have been making the rounds on X.

He has had the Inside Track on this company for years now. Once a renowned pumper of the company; now finally tells people it has been a scam all along.

And he tells you why. You owe it to yourself to pull your heads out of the sand and at least check his posts out.

No pumping by management? They coordinated it and traded on inside information with DaVinci's help. They also repeatedly outright lied about what they were doing and used stock photos as their own. It's known by OTC, thus the CE will never come off until the shell is sold to someone with no relationship to this current owner.

No, and if you've been here any reasonable time at all then you'd also agree that the singular characteristic that this stock has in common with the general reputation of OTC stocks is the lack of communication. What this stock is missing is literally anybody benefiting. Somebody is getting paid a salary, share dilution schemes, etc are all missing. There is no value for shareholders at the moment, but there is no continued detriment to shareholder value as is found in 99% of OTCs. Your conjecture has no basis in logic. They aren't diluting shares to give a shit about the share price going lower. They aren't selling shares either to benefit from a higher share price. In fact, Dr J just entered into an open-ended direct share purchase agreement and bought a bunch of shares. Are you suggesting he wants to buy more shares at a higher price?
