what the hell.. he does NOT understand stockholders concerns. Right now everyone screaming scam seems right because they haven't posted any financials or real updates and the stock is on the expert market where 99% of other stocks are dead or scams. Our concern is not with the stock price per se, but with the fact we can't even trade the stock and have no clue what revs are. thanks for calling him but geez.. this guy is tone-deaf

I had a short conversation with Alex yesterday. He is still focusing on production and revenue, but has some people working on the OTC issues. Once he gets the production and revenue where he wants them then he is going to focus on the OTC issue. He understands stockholders concerns about the stock price, but feels getting production and revenue up is the most important thing right now. Sorry, that's all I got.

Maybe. But that's a long time to make not that much money. He did whine about not getting compensated in the last quarterly report, so maybe he just took off with the company assets? I mean, assuming UATG is actually producing revs and such, why would he not just stay on the expert market and reap the rewards for himself? I'm still betting that he's just incompetent, but there are some other possibilities for sure.

Originally they diluted up to the billion.  Then over the last few years he moved the "restricted common" shares of insiders to "preferred shares" and those never came off the float.  My guess is he got the conversions from them.  They didn't just vanish.  He had no more to convert?

What money? They haven't diluted for years. Right now, it looks like Alex just ran away broke and investors lost money too.

Yep Alex is a liar periode

It's so sad to say I was a huge fan of Alex for the past 4 1/2 years and defended him every step of the way. But, as things continued to fall apart, I could no longer hold that trust. Now that things have completely fallen apart, I don't believe him at all anymore. It's always someone else's fault with him. Seems to me now that when the the OTC instituted the requirement of management certifications, Alex could no longer lie about what the company was producing, hence the Expert Market designation. Can anyone dispute this? Too many of the CEO's and their spokespersons lie, mislead, dilute and do whatever crooked things they can to screw and steal from shareholders. I don't understand how the SEC has allowed this for so long. All these scumbags should be in prison.

You mean the incompetent, the liar, the thief, incapable of doing anything for 15 years, the CEO who is not able to chew and walk at the same time, the one who said he was always right but 15 years later we see clearly who was always wrong, always 2 weeks away from something for 15 years, the one who released 60 news and 98% were bullshit, if only he was a little intelligent he would leave his place for someone competent, all that's missing is the SEC to lock him up.

I think the kicker here that regardless of the shady shit he has done, he doesn't want his legacy to be that he was a conman.  He used shareholder money for years and years to get by, it would be a slap in the face to longs and his biggest supporters to leave them penny less.  You talk like you enjoy him bilking investors of their investment, which is odd.  

When I spoke to him last week he did express his frustration with the OTC. He mentioned a lot of options. One was going private and giving share holders a % ownership, but I think that was mostly him thinking out loud. He is currently working with his attorneys to eliminate his liability for the time period before his team was involved with the company. None of the previous company owners can be found except one and that person is not being cooperative with UATG or the OTC. Alex said the OTC is taking their frustration out on Alex's team and UATG in general for that situation. At least that is how I understood what he told me.

Doesn't he own a bunch of shares? You would think he would care a little bit to get this off the expert market.

That's my assumption. If Alex is making money and can continue to grow, why bother doing anything? He can simply self fund and not worry about banks or investors. He's not a spring chicken anymore. Why bother with any of it? 

I just assume we are like every other otc that fails.

Money is lost for good

I actually contracted for one SFHDQ many years ago.  It actually got picked up and reverse merged.  Sadly the new owners eventually grew too fast, started using infinite stock when the housing market fell out lost liquidity, filed for bankruptcy, and got taken private 1 hr after that.  It was up big for a while.  Most are probably RM from caveat emptor though.  Could you imagine if he actually completes this task.  It would really bring investors because he actually completed something.  Maybe he's on a roll.  

Any examples that you can remember?

There have been very few stocks coming back from the expert market and most ran hard when they did.  Those with shares can only hope he pulls through so they don't have a total loss and instead have a chance at actually making their money back.

I spoke to Alex briefly today. I don't have much to report besides Alex says that besides the OTC trouble everything is going well. They are working on the OTC issue and he sounded optimistic about that getting resolved soon.

It is as it was.  His staunch supporters all stoich and constantly talking down to those who questioned him as he ripped off investors.  Kind of crazy really.  Gonna make a fascinating YouTube video when he goes completely into hiding.  He's pretty much there already.

I can't believe Alex doesn't post something so people have a reason to PMC. OH I forgot they don't need a reason. Doesn't really matter though. I believe we're all proud owners of a dead ticker. At least I can always come here for a laugh. 

He's always walked the line, but I am surprised currently he sits as full on conman.  It's weird, I wonder what he does for money because other than the initial shares issued money had to be coming from somewhere.

A staggering $36 in trades today.  Alex has really bright that confidence to investors.  I guess he's hiding out now.

When was the last time anyone spoke to Alex? Curious if he is still responsive

Since his long investors are currently holding all but worthless stock at the hands of his leadership, it probably makes sense for him to give updates on X.  He always did scammy things, but I think even this is below him unless he is an actual scammer.  Better to give it a pulse of he is actually working on it.
