>Long term debt has grown fom 1.1M in 2023, to 2.4M in 2024. Overall liabilities jumped from 1.6M to 4.2M

>Total revenue last year was 1.8M and although IO was not part of Q1 2024, the dollars reported are no where near the stated 5M in annual sales.

I give up on this ticker. I think its heading right for the gutter. If he does file it will be to get more suckers to line his pockets. Thats all i see. What does he have for a company? Nothing at all. All the breath has been let out of all the bodies of anything he has ever touched, had i done my DD i would never got in this mess. I know alot of people lost a lot of money with this guy. Me included. But better times are coming i hope.

Yeah me too Scratch. I loss a ton of money here but im leaving the otc for other things. Makes no since to stay when everyone of these companies line there pocket instead of building a legit company. Its sad because i and many others made some money here and there, but i think thats all over now. Ill leave all my otc junk and maybe some day my sons will wake up rich. Unlikley but who knows. Atleast im leaving but not forgetting the names that screwed us and many others out of money. It's a shame what these OTC stocks have become. Instead of building potential real companies, it's all about trying to create a story to tell in order for the insiders to sell shares. Maybe 1 out of 1,000,000 actually create a real company.
I had hoped the pandemic had potentially changed that because these stocks had attracted a lot of volume. With that volume, it enabled the CEO's capital to do real things with the money. Unfortunately, most to all of the CEO's still chose to pocket most to all of the capital.

We have only a short time here with this stock before it too goes silent and to the EM. Maybe the only chance would be to merge IMTL with it, but that would be highly unlikely because it probably wouldn't make sense to do that. And the insiders would never go for it because they still have to play out IMTL to drain the last drop of blood there too.
Oh well. Greed got me again to be blinded by what we were being sold.
