It will be interesting to see how they spin the info Quantum has provided: IO no longer operating, Lamb moved on to Gentell, and the IO HQ building has been sold.

My guess is that they will keep as much alive as they can until they go to the Expert Market. Their goal is to try to sell as much as they can before that.
February 15th is the deadline for them to report. They will become delinquent and then to EM. Then game over. You know who will disappear from this board and the volume will stop.

I've wondered the same thing. It will be interesting to see what the Q4 filings say and look like.

They lost their Medicare number on or around Nov 22 (meaning, they can no longer bill insurance), and ceased operations somewhere around Dec 12th.

So according to the beolw information, the IO HQ building was sold in Dec. for $3.4M. It would be nice to know what Lamb still owed on the building, and if less than 3.4M, where the gain went.
