No how can he step aside when he owns the majority of the stock and he is in charge of marketing for Innovative Outcomes?

He still controls the majority. He said he was stepping aside in the beginning but it clearly isn't the case.

It remains patently clear that on the $UBQU Twitter page, that CEO Lamb is posting the posts about wound care and CEO Jeff Ballas is posting everything related to the stock, meanwhile he's probably cashing out a few thousand dollars here and there by hitting the bid or parking on the offer.

To be fair. Companies show payroll taxes on the P&L. I am not so worried about that.

My concerns are expenses that I didn't even mention like Advertising and marketing. Did they make 2 phone calls and pay themselves? We don't know anything.

I'll add this. Reagan expression was to "Trust but verify". But we only get to trust without any verification.
As I've reported before. I will only layoff of the criticism until we have a bid again.

I see a payroll tax deduction for $22,334. Thats 7.9715% of the $280,176 salaries deduction. When I get a paycheck, I am the one paying the tax, not the company. And 7.9715% tax rate is very unusual to say the least. Kinda makes me very skeptical of the whole disclosure, given ballass’s track record. I smell a RAT!

$UBQU As mentioned yesterday the company is currently involved in many tasks to complete the integration of Innovative Outcomes into UBQU. We have a lot to do during August but believe shareholders will be happy with the plan and structure being implemented to move us forward.
Here is my take of the shareholder's current situation: There seems to be no doubt that IO is a real company with real revenues and trying to grow those revenues.
Where the shareholders struggle or rather yet, where the market struggles is the bloated financial structure (O/S) and the expenses to income ratio.
There are only 2 main ways the insiders can make money. Through selling stock or revenues from the company.
There is only 1 way that shareholders can make money. Buying stock and selling at a higher price.
So here is the conflict of interests that needs to be addressed by the company due to their horrendous track record.

The company can make money by selling stock that were issued to them without spending any of their own money to buy shares. So they literally can sell at .0001 and make money. Shareholders have to wait until at least .0002 to make any money which little to no volume have occurred at that price. Second, the company insiders can draw salaries and draw capital through quarterly expenses as seen below. Shareholders don't see a dime.

I won't deny that some of the expenses above are legit, but you could question everyone of them to see how much commingling with insider's expenses that are occurring. There are nearly $500,000 for the quarter. What are the professional fees? Who gets the salaries? Who gets the rent from the building and is there an insider who owns it? (Just to name a few unanswered questions).
Bottom line. If the insiders have so much confidence in the future. Why take any salaries or any compensation in the form of an expense?
They should take stock options only to make it a truer even playing field. But then again, why would they do that when they can have their cake and eat it too? If they lowered the O/S and took no compensation until profitability, the stock would skyrocket.

With over 1B shares on the .0002 offer, is that a serious question?

Wondering if those 2 mil shares disappear on the ask will we move up or not

I believe it will be updated next week. There are still some other companies that use that TA that still showing 6/9.

We also can see the transparency on OTC. Almost 2 months no update...

I do believe in the new direction, and I think JB and Kevin will do the right for the company and the shareholders. Just need to get the right news and this will takeoff. Imo

They need to address what is going on and explain why it is ok thst the stock is just not going anywhere. Scratch is right though as long as they have their money they won't care. They always spout they will have improved communication, plans to be given out, etc. The communication lasts only for as long as they need the dump. Maybe he's not directly diluting it but I guarantee something shady is going on, and it's not going to benefit us in any where.

Funny that's from today and a non informative tweet saying we have to wait more. If that is true though then we should be seeing the filings and such start popping up. My guess is they won't and a week before will give another 2 more weeks or whatever post.

We got a week left in July. What other news did we get this month. They said throughout the month in that tweet. The only other tweets I saw were them denying it was dilution. Not 1 other update. They are also covering their behinds by now telling us we have to wait til the end of Sept to get something substantial and that the real magic will happen in 25. They don't just kick the can down the road they punt it. I'm sorry Kid, I got hyped a bit too with IO in the mix but it is the same damn patterns JB has done in the past. My honest guess which I really hope is not true, is that either JB conned him some how or Kevin is not the saint being made out. Notice the drop in communication, this is standard JB playback after the dumps

I guess the real question is why would Innovative Outcomes want to reverse merge into an empty shell ticker symbol with 29.08B shares outstanding and 23.47B shares in the float?

How can IO be in alignment with a market cap of around $5.8 million dollars?

What is Innovative Outcome's assets vs liabilities? Where are their revenues/earnings to support this market cap @ only .0001/share?

Guess we just have to "wait and see" over the next couple of quarters and pray that Jeff Ballas stays FAR Away from the dilution machine
