Success......As previously disclosed, the FDA requested that certain additional sterilization and biocompatibility tests be included in the company’s Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) application. An IDE approval is a precondition to commencing the enrollment of 27 patients in UHP’s supplemental clinical study. The company has received the results of these tests which confirm that the sterility and biocompatibility of its CelluSTAT Hemostatic Gause meet the applicable product safety requirements for a Class III, absorbable medical device. UHP has submitted these results to the FDA as part of its revised IDE application. Read it and weep shorts!

Looks like we will stall around this price until news of the uplisting and perhaps hiring of an IR firm. Not surprising but I was kind of hoping to be around .35 cents this or next week.

Would love to see this happen, but doubtful. I'll be pleasantly surprised if we have FDA approval before August. Last company update suggested we are still playing games before IDE. Figure IDE and training takes all of April. Surgeries in May. Post op follow up in mid-June. Summary of data to FDA by end of June. FDA review starts in July - after everyone returns from the 4th holiday. Keep in mind, they don't have to go fast. They can take as long as they want on this.

When this does get approved, look out. Price goes up quick and sale follows.

Dated: 3/25/2025 - The Senate confirmed Dr. Marty McClary as the new FDA Commissioner as well as Dr. Bhat........? as the NIH Director. As previously mentioned; Dr. McClary is a Surgical Oncologist who should bring substantial skills and expertise to his new role. I would anticipate changes and increased efficiencies and maybe the dragging out of analysis over many years might end. We can hope.
The Trump Team continues to take shape. The workforce might even report for duty.

I get day trading most OTC stocks. However, it's a shame we have moron day traders out there trying to do that with this stock now who either don't know the big picture because they are too lazy to do their research or they are too stupid to not see what is going on now and think making a few hundred or a thousand bucks is a win. Making money is never a loss unless you are going to cost yourself 10 to 100 times what you could have made. Sadly, we still have shorts that are beyond stupid on this company and their product. That being said, the shorts will still be a nuisance with the share price and we probably will gain a cent a day instead of making 3 to 10 cent jumps until the uplisting. When that happens and the big boys start buying through their brokerage houses and the IR firm comes on board, shorts are finished. A short was trying hard to lower the price Friday but somebody was mimicking what he or she was doing in the opposite direction. Thus, the short was not successful.

With an SEC OTCQB approval we run to .70 -.90 and with any with mention of any acquisition interest
we should break out above $1. Volume!

It will go to $4 to 7$ on approval. $20+ with the sale of the company. A 4 to 5 billion offer for this game changing product is still dirt cheap. This cash cow will make the buyer of the product 2.5 to 4 billion a year within 2 years of getting it out to the medical world.

Dr Marty Makary; Trump's nominee to lead the FDA recently passed a key committee vote 14-9 clearing the way for a full
Senate vote on his nomination. The committee hearing was March 6, 2025. He is a Surgical Oncologist; which obviously makes him fully aware of the issues of bleeding control. It looks like he is aware of the DEI inefficiency at issue within the FDA. IMO, a very good plus as a Dr. in charge who really knows this issue and if it gets to him will know exactly what to do.
