Ultimate Sports & NBA's Dallas Mavericks Team Up for Second
Collectible Comic Book Promotion LOS ANGELES, Oct. 30

Pink Sheets: ULSP) announces their second deal with the NBA's
Dallas Mavericks to sell Issue #2 of a collectible comic book

. The joint retail and arena promotion is made possible by Ultimate
Sports' unique license with the NBA. This issue of our promotional
comic book series will be available for sale exclusively at 58
participating Wal-Mart stores in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex
with an initial purchase beginning on November 1, 2003 and running
while supplies last. A special "American Airlines Center Edition,"
will be distributed by the Mavs to the first 2,500 fans at the Mavs
home opener on November 1, 2003 at American Airlines Center when
the Mavs host the Utah Jazz at 7:30 p.m. CT. The action-adventure
comic book entitled "Class Action" will feature Mavericks owner
Mark Cuban with Mavs players Dirk Nowitzki, Michael Finley, Steve
Nash, Eduardo Najera, Antawn Jamison, Shawn Bradley, and Head Coach
Don Nelson. Mavs broadcasters Derek Harper, Matt Pinto, Bob
Ortegel, Mark Followill, and Brad Davis make special cameo
appearances. The Mavericks send a "stay in school" message to their
fans when they battle the villainous Srekal as she is getting
students to drop out of school to do her evil bidding. "We expect
