I agree. $5/share will probably look like a steal 3 years from now. Actually it probably will long before that when they start trading publicly, I'd guess about 6-9 months before opening date and somewhere around $35/share.

I am not ready to tie up $25k for 3 years. I am better off using that money to make money. Then when they go public, I will just have to pay the going price. At any rate, this project is so awesome, that if Matt succeeds in making it happen it will be unlike anything Las Vegas has ever seen. It's bound to be an instant money-maker. Move over, Steve Wynn!

I have been subscribed to their newsletter for a year and a half. So far, I have received nothing. There is an investor link on their home page with a number to call for user name & password. I wonder how private investors such as we could go about investing.

If, as droopeyes said we would be lucky to buy 5,000 shares, that would not be much of an investment either for the company or the investor. For at the current price of .0001, that is only a fifty-cent investment. That would seem to be of little significance for a multi-billion dollar project that needs funding. Why would the company even bother?

I have had no experience with grey sheets, but I've always suspected that somehow a private investor would have to pay considerably more than just buying a few million shares for .0001/share. Just guessing here, but maybe there is a minimum amount of money you would have to invest, like maybe $50,000 or so. Then they would just issue new shares to you. Even that figure would require 500 investors to raise just half the capital needed to fund this project. Aside from that, the outstanding shares would become enormous. No, I think that in reality once shares start becoming actively solicited and traded (and generally know to the public) that the stock price will rise significantly. The company would go quickly to OTC then Nasdaq. When Wynn casinos went public, their stock was offered at $14/share.

Irregardless, any shares we would be able to get now should grow tremendously in value by the time the project is completed and the doors are open. That is not projected to happen for 3 years. I have had this company on the back burner over a year, just waiting for some volume to indicate that it was time for me to jump in. That has not happened yet(only a few shares traded once every month or so), but the project seems to still be going forward and I am still waiting.

we might not be able to get any shares yet as they are trading on grey sheets and according to the info you posted about grey sheets MM's are note able to short on grey shetts so they will be unable to short to fill our orders and they have a very low O/S not exceeding 11 million shares !!!!so i doubt we will be able to get any cause they are protected on greysheets.i will try to get some if i do i will put them on 1 or 2$ to selland if my MM'S did the mistake to fullfill my order he will obliged to pay 1 or 2 $ to cover his mistake.but i really doubt any MM's will serve you big numbers of shares on this one .u might get 5000 shares like a poster mentionned it as i was checking past volume and never exceeded 5000 shares

I wasn't able to find this case when I searched for Rose, Matt, Knockout Sports Network, or Ultimate Sports Entertainment, on the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada website. This was apparently filed almost a year and a half ago. Maybe it has been settled. I will research more on it tomorrow. Time for sleep now.

Yahoo Finance lists ULSP as a pink. Grey sheet stock is new to me; I will google (in dictionary now as a verb-tell your spell-checker) it and see what I can find. Remember everybody, this project has been in the planning/funding/permit procuring stages for more than a year with no increase in stock price and no real trading volume. If and when the complex actually gets built, it will be like nothing Las Vegas or the rest of the world has ever seen. I have had it on my watch radar for quite a while, ready to jump on it if it ever showed concrete signs of life. There definitely seems to be no hurry on this one, plenty of time to do research.

I will try and find out some information from the company this next week. When I emailed them about 1 1/2 years ago, they did not reply, so I went to their office a few months ago. I found out very little, other than the project was still active and they were still very excited about it. They were getting permits, approvals, contractors, suppliers, surveys, funding, etc., which all takes time, is what I was informed. That was several months ago, and it may be about time to pay them another visit.

were you able to get some shares?..my broker said this is a grey sheet stock and is very thinly traded..he said i'd be lucky to get 5000 shares.

No thanks, researching all this stuff on these companies takes up too much time already. I should be out figuring out ways of getting funding (aka "doing a Roger") so I can invest in more real estate. I only got 4 posts left today, so I'll sign off now in case I have something important to say Friday.
