It's every where on the otc. Dilution and big nothing burgers from CEO'S. I. Wonder if it's because of investor sentiment. Any money you stick in the otc will more than likely gradually disappear if you're an average retail guy.

Why would a CEO throughly destroy this stock.This thing has been dead since the A offering.Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.

I totally agree Reg A News not good. I was just pointing out the reason the pps should cycle up again. But who really knows the future for sure. Good luck with all.

People were loading here because of the tiny float . We all known that a tiny float coupled with the right news
could mean a beast of a run.Now introduce reg A in the equation that kills it because what we're talking about is the sellers dumping hundreds of millions of shares on our heads (major dilution).If there buying at .0025 there going to start dumping best case at .005 to .01 or so.Many of us have a approx. .01 average.I know these companies dilute like crazy but why would you tell everyone that as soon as it starts running we're going to kill it .Isn't it better to let it run a while ,they really had something here.This thing died as soon as that A dropped,so I'm not alone in my opinion .I'm sorry to be so negative,it just really pis/ed me off.

Raising money is not always the end. Usually there is another cycle up. Just have to wait it out. Those that buy the reg a shares will need to sell and they will want to make more than they paid which is above current pps I believe. Unless the reg a buyers are losers the apps will go back at some point.

Maybe it will move someday on the movie release. But who knows. I just took the loss for taxes. GLTU

I'm one of those dreamers that wait to get a big score. I have a super low float so I was hoping we all could have run this to the 20-30 cents area with the right news .Then the A dropped and I knew it was another one of my bad investment decisions.

Not to mention they’ve had the shell since summer 2021 and haven’t clocked a single penny of revenue on any filings. Piece of crap. Glad I left over .01

The average Joe or Mary trading penny stocks don't understand theA filing so when we see we stay far away.That's what happened here,we were starting to come alive and that killed.Everyone even stopped posting.

What stinks is that the regulation "A" filing dated August 2022, the subsequent seven amendments, and the June 2023 SEC qualification isn't listed under the disclosure page on the OTC site. The latest amendment priced the '30,000,000 units at a price of $.015 per unit with each unit consisting of eight (8) shares of our common stock', or .0019 a share so that will be a problem.

It just means they need to pay Washington state their money to keep the business active status SOS, probably file an annual report.

Unless the re-domiciled elsewhere but OTC still says Washington as the incorporation state.

Probably like $35-$100 buck worth of admin work they forgot.

Well it says 600M securities in the offering, but that would only be $1.5M at .0025. Somewhere there is a disconnect of doc error. Would be 3B to get $7.5M at .0025. The filings got some issues.

That's like the mother of all toxic debts. I wonder why the CEO would kill this thing before we even started.No one will go near this thing.And I thought we had a winner.

I do have a couple potential picks that might work out. Problem is if the ceo's aren't corrupt, then it's the mm's and OTC entities corruption that we have to fight against.

I don’t have position but following Csli my purely speculative thought seeing the reg A mention shares may be going to people in Texas is uvss has a partnership with ADHI. ADHI may be building or setting up the digital infrastructure that uvss will use as back end so to say … just speculation
