The recent surge in the last month over 100% has been without news because the stock was oversold . FCE has not had any major news in quite sometime. Some people blame the market conditions and I can understand that but the real culprit here is the current management and CEO incompetence. IMO

If you translate that to NBRI shareprice we could see $1.60/share...not saying it will happen but I am saying that it has happened before on the OTC...I have a few different stocks in my pf....even if only 1 pops.... I'll buy you a beer
