Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: UDHI), a provider of multi-state dental services for union members, announced today that Dr. George D. Green, President and CEO of UDHI, will be the featured speaker at the Communication Workers of America District 9 President's meeting for the North California / Nevada Council on March 1st in Sacramento, CA. All presidents from Northern California and Nevada will be in attendance including the areas of Sacramento, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, as well as other smaller neighboring cities. Dr. Green will declare to the assembly that the update of UDHI's network of dentists for California is now complete, having over 800 dentists and specialists in District 9 to service the needs of CWA members. The union membership has availed itself to this dental network as evidenced by the number of monthly hits on the UDHI website. This is attributable to California CWA members looking for dental services and providers. UDHI has more than doubled the number of dental providers in the network during the last quarter of 2005. Dr. Green will also announce to the local presidents the facilitation and circulation of the new marketing material which will be distributed through the District 9 office in Sacramento. Distribution of the marketing materials occurs through printed brochures mailed to union members and placed in the worksites in poster boards provided by UDHI. Additionally, marketing materials are disseminated through UDHI's internet site at www.uniondental.com. Furthermore, within the new brochure to be distributed by District 9, Dr. Green will also announce there will be over $40.0 million worth of additional benefits for CWA members in the form of discounted coupons provided by participating dentist in the District 9 network. Dr. Green stated, "While union benefits are being slashed by consolidation in the telecom industry, UDHI is able to increase benefits to members at no cost to the employer, union or union member."
