prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and
is available for viewing:
1st GMTN supplementary
prospectus dated 3 June 2024 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to
the US$ 40,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme
(the "GMTN Programme")
of The Toronto-Dominion Bank (the "Bank").
The Supplementary Prospectus has
been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly
be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
