Issuance of notice of redemption

Today, AA Bond Co Limited (the Issuer) announces that an unconditional notice of redemption has been sent to noteholders giving notice of the redemption of the aggregate principal amount outstanding of its:

GBP175,000,000 Class A1 4.7201 per cent. sub class A1 fixed rate Notes due 2043 (the Class A1 Notes); and

GBP55,000,000 Class A4 3.781 per cent. sub-Class A4 fixed rate Notes due 2043 (the Class A4 Notes).

The redemption date will be 31 July 2017.
