Notification of Interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.

On 31 March 2017, the Company granted to Norman Keith Skeoch an award under the following plan :

2016 Short Term Incentive Plan - 2017 Deferred Share Award - Awards in the form of nil-cost options ('2017 Deferred Share Awards') to acquire ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, subject to the rules of the 2016 Short Term Incentive Plan.

The Award vested on 31 March 2020, to the extent that the performance conditions have been met.

No consideration was payable on the grant or vesting of the above award. During the vesting period, the award carried a right to receive dividend equivalents, to the extent that the award vested. The dividend equivalents were delivered as additional shares.
