Director, purchased 70,000 ordinary shares of no par value
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.41 per Ordinary
Share.
Following the completion of the
transaction, Barbara Firth's total beneficial interest in the
Company stands at 70,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the
total issued share capital.
