In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the Code, the current issued share capital of 
Astek comprises 70,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each (ISIN number 
GB00B1B9C846). 
There are also 41,000,000 warrants that can be converted into 41,000,000 
ordinary shares of the Company currently outstanding and that remain unexercised 
at the date of this announcement (ISIN number GB00B1B9CG26). The exercise price 
of the warrants is 5 pence per ordinary share and the expiry date is 11 July 
2011.
