                        CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP

The Board of Acquisitor Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd ("Acquisitor Holdings" or "the
Company") announces that the Company was notified by Lionheart Group Inc on the
26th November 2004, that its holding has been reduced by way of redemption of
389,764 shares. The total holding of Lionheart Group Inc as at 30 September 2004
was 9,291,486 Ordinary shares.

C D Soukup and J S A Radziwill have a combined interest in 9,291,486 ordinary
shares through their interest in Lionheart Group, Inc. and/or its affiliates,
and a combined interest in 275,000 ordinary shares held in joint names. Duncan
Soukup also holds 100,000 ordinary shares in his own name.
