Harwood Capital LLP, investment manager to North Atlantic Smaller
Companies Investment Trust PLC, Rockwood Strategic PLC and PCA to
Christopher Mills, a Director of the Company, has sold ordinary
shares in the Company ("Shares") on 2 January 2024 and 5 January
2024.
