Blackbird (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of the market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird , was informed that, on 27 May 2021, Andrew Bentley, the Chairman bought 56,725 ordinary shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34.9 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the above purchases, Andrew Bentley, now has a total beneficial interest in 236,654 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
