    DIRECTORATE CHANGE


    Capital Ideas plc ("the Company"), the AIM-listed investment boutique is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Stuart Ronald Kinner
(aged 46) as Chairman with immediate effect.
 
    Mr Kinner was a founder member of an AIM-quoted EIS specialist and fund manager. He is a member of the Securities & Investment Institute
and has spent the last eight years operating in the small cap and pre-IPO market.

    He replaces Renwick Haddow who has stepped down from the Board but will remain as a senior manager of the Company and Chief Operating
Officer of Room to Invest Limited, the Capital Ideas plc property subsidiary.

    Mr Kinner has an interest in 4,950,000 shares in the Company, representing 1.72% of the issued share capital.

    Apart from those companies set out below, Mr Kinner has not held any other directorships or partnerships within the last five years.
