29 August 2007: The Company was notified on 28 August 2007 that on 14 August
2007 Mrs Sue Rowell, the spouse of Dr Jack Rowell, Non-Executive Chairman of the
Company, purchased 3,455 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 201 pence per Ordinary Share.


Following these purchases Mrs Rowell's beneficial interest in the Company is
3,455 Ordinary Shares, representing a total of 0.02 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
