Chloride Group PLC ("Chloride") has today received notification from Aviva plc
("Aviva") pursuant to Sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 that the
material interest of Aviva, which includes the material interest of Morley Fund
Management Limited, a subsidiary of Aviva, in the ordinary shares of 25p each in
Chloride ("shares") is 7,988,000 shares being 3.21% of the issued share capital
of Chloride.
