The Conygar Investment Company PLC
("Conygar" or "Company"), the property investment and development
group, announces that it has been notified that Nigel Hamway,
Non-Executive Chairman, Robert Ware, Chief Executive and Bim
Sandhu, Non-Executive Director have each purchased 25,000 ordinary
shares in the Company on 25 January 2024 at a price of 86 pence per
share.
Following these purchases, Nigel
Hamway, Robert Ware and Bim Sandhu respectively hold 1,231,700
ordinary shares, 4,792,000 ordinary shares and 4,542,000 ordinary
shares, representing 2.07%, 8.04% and 7.62%, respectively of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
