EPE Special Opportunities Limited
("ESO" or the "Company") announces that, on 11 November 2024, it
purchased 5,506 of the Company's shares of 5 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 160.00 pence per
share.
The purchased Ordinary Shares will
be held by the Company in treasury.
The number of Ordinary Shares in
issue, not held by the Company in treasury, following the
transaction and the figure to be used as the denominator for
calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is
29,510,355 Ordinary Shares. The number of Ordinary Shares held by
the Company in treasury following the transaction is 5,106,199
Ordinary Shares.

of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), the
schedule below contains detailed information about the purchases of
Ordinary Shares made by Numis Securities Limited ("Deutsche Numis")
on behalf of the Company.
