The Board of Feedback have today been notified that Mr. John Westcott, Non
Executive Director, today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 2.75 pence per share.

Following the transaction, Mr. Westcott's total beneficial interest in the
Company is 3,699,836 ordinary shares representing 4.48 per cent. of the
Company's ordinary issued share capital.

In addition, the Company have been notified that Mr. David Barton, Non-Executive
Director, yesterday purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price
of 2.75 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Barton's total beneficial interest in the
Company is 4,266,667 ordinary shares representing 5.17 per cent. of the
Company's ordinary issued share capital.
