("boohoo") shareholders vote on 21 January 2025
Frasers notes the result of the general meeting
of boohoo announced on 21 January 2025. Frasers respects the views
of the independent shareholders.
However, Frasers would like to make boohoo
shareholders aware of certain troubling matters in relation to Mr.
Umar Kamani, which it has set out in an open letter published
today.
