iShares IV plc (the "Company")

iShares Electric Vehicles and Driving Technology UCITS ETF (the "Fund")

The Directors of iShares IV plc (the "Company") wish to advise you of certain changes that will be made by the index provider, STOXX Ltd. ("STOXX"), to the STOXX Global Electric Vehicles & Driving Technology index, the benchmark index of the Fund (the "Index"). As a result of these changes, constituents within the Index will be more directly aligned with the electric vehicles and driving technology theme. Furthermore, the Parent Index will change from the STOXX Global Target Market Index to the STOXX World AC All Cap Index. The changes will have effect from 24^th  June 2024 (the "Effective Date").

The changes being made are not expected to have a material effect on the manner in which your investment is managed. You are not required to do anything as a result of this notification.

A new version of the Company prospectus will be published on or around the effective date, subject to Central Bank of Ireland approval. 

An electronic copy of the full shareholder letter shall be made available shortly for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and available to download from the iShares website www.ishares.com
