The Board of Gatekeeper Systems, Inc. ("Gatekeeper") announces that Peter
Greensmith has stepped down as a non-executive director with effect from 2
January 2007 in view of his increased commitments elsewhere.

Michael Lawler, CEO of Gatekeeper, said "We would like to thank Peter for all
his guidance since he joined the Board in November 2005. We wish him well for
the future as he leaves to devote more time to other business commitments."
