Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons.

Gaming Realms plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified by Mark Blandford, Non-Executive Director, that he purchased 519,738 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 34.65p each. Following this purchase, Mark Blandford has a beneficial interest in 12,248,738 Ordinary Shares representing 4.18% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also notified by Anna Massion, Non-Executive Director, that she purchased 33,250 Ordinary Shares at a price of 35.43p each. Following this purchase, Anna Massion has a beneficial interest in 33,250 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the Company's issues share capital.
