Gaming Realms plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified
by Mark Blandford, Non-Executive Director, that he purchased
350,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at an average price of 35.17p each. Following this
purchase, Mark Blandford has a beneficial interest in 12,598,738
Ordinary Shares representing 4.30% of the Company's issued share
capital.
