Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC ("HCEG" or "the Company") was notified on 20
March 2007 that LPMCC LLC, and its subsidiaries, have direct and indirect voting
right interests in 12,922,267 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company, being
approximately 4.28% of the issued ordinary share capital of HCEG of 302,216,720
ordinary shares.



This disclosure is made as a result of LPMCC LLC restating their historic
interest in the Company in compliance with the FSA's new Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
