Hasgrove announces that on 18(th) June 2012, it purchased 374,232 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") for cancellation at 30p per Share.

The number of Shares purchased represented 1.56% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 23,556,372 ordinary shares in issue.
