Additional Listing 
The Company announces that it has made application to the London Stock Exchange 
for an aggregate of 4,893 new shares of common stock of US$0.01 each in the 
Company, issued on exercise of options granted under the HipCricket, Inc. 2007 
Equity Incentive Plan, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is 
expected that Admission will become effective on 3 February 2009. 
Following Admission, the issued share capital of the Company will be 28,734,107 
shares of common stock of US$0.01 each.
