Cancellation of listing

Further to the announcement dated 26 March 2014, Helesi announces that no resolution has yet been reached with its banks and it does not expect to by the close of business on 31 March 2014 and therefore the AIM listing will be cancelled at 7.00 on 1 April 2014. Helesi still remains confident of reaching an agreement with its banks after this time and will write to shareholders with an update in due course.
