| National Holdings Corp, a Delaware corporation, operates through its wholly-owned subsidiaries which principally provide financial services. The company operates through two business segments, Brokerage and Advisory Services and Tax and Accounting Services. The Brokerage segment is its major revenue driver. Its business comprises of full-service retail brokerage to the individual, corporate and institutional clients, provision of investment banking, merger and acquisition and advisory services to micro, small and mid-cap high growth companies, trading of securities, and maintaining liquidity in the United States Treasury marketplace. |
