Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Rule 5.6 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules we
would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's capital consists of 48,076,993 redeemable participating preference
shares of 1p each classified as US Dollar Shares and 20,068,497 redeemable
participating preference shares of 1p each classified as Sterling Hedged Shares.
No shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 48,076,993 for the
US Dollar share class and 20,068,497 for the Sterling Hedged share class.

The above figures (48,076,993 for the US Dollar share class and 20,068,497 for
the Sterling Hedged share class) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
