Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and facades worldwide, was notified on 12 December 2011 that Bronsstadet AB Union Discount Company of London Ltd now holds 9,250,000 ordinary shares in Hightex, representing 4.9% of the Company's total issued share capital.

The principal beneficiary of Bronsstadet AB Union Discount Company of London Ltd is Mr Peter Gyllenhammar.
