Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and facades worldwide, was notified on 20 January 2012 that, further to a disposal of ordinary shares on 19 January 2012, Henderson Global Investors no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's voting rights under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
