NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS
HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE" or the "Company") was advised
on 28 January 2013 that on 25 January 2013 Keith Corbin, a Director of HVPE,
bought shares in the Company.
Keith Corbin bought 2,000 ordinary shares at a price of $8.71 per share,
representing 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this
purchase, Mr. Corbin had a total interest of 22,000 shares in the Company
representing 0.027% of the Company's issued share capital.
