Director/PDMR shareholding 
 
 
Inspectron notifies that it has been informed today of the following director 
share purchases: 
 
John Harvey purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the 
Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 July 2009 at a price of 4.5p per share. 
Following the share purchase, John Harvey has a holding of 2,227,669 Ordinary 
Shares equivalent to 18.73 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. 
 
 
Peter Harris purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares on 14 July 2009 at a price of 4.5p 
per share. Following the share purchase, Peter Harris has a holding of 52,134 
Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.44 per cent. of the issued share capital of the 
Company. 
 
 
Joanne DiGiacomo purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of 
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 July 2009 at a price of 4.5p per share. 
Following the share purchase, Joanne DiGiacomo has a holding of 307,565 Ordinary 
Shares equivalent to 2.59 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
