In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R we would like to 
notify the market of the following: 
 
Following, the Hedge fund share buy-back today of 42,500 ordinary shares, 
Invesco Perpetual Select Trust plc's issued share capital consists of: 
 
  * 45,202,539 UK Equity Shares of 1p each plus 2,856,500 UK Equity Shares held 
    in Treasury; 
 
  * 35,618,275 Global Equity Shares of 1p each plus 3,127,000 Global Equity 
    Shares held in Treasury; 
 
  * 19,276,708 Hedge Fund Shares of 1p each plus 856,000 Hedge Fund Shares held 
    in Treasury; 
 
  * 20,745,699 Managed Liquidity Shares of 1p each plus 1,043,250 Managed 
    Liquidity shares held in Treasury. 
 
The number of votes per share of each class will, however, vary with the net 
asset value of the respective underlying portfolio and is determined in 
accordance with the following formula: 
 
V = A � B 
 
Where 
 
V is the number of votes for each share of a particular class; 
 
A is the portfolio NAV for the relevant share class; and 
 
B is the number of shares of the relevant class in issue (excluding Treasury 
shares). 
 
The value of A � B (the net asset value per share) for each class is calculated 
and announced (expressed in pence) daily in the case of UK Equity Shares, 
Global Equity Shares and Managed Liquidity Shares and weekly in the case of the 
Hedge Fund Shares.
