Third Interim Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company have today declared the payment of a third interim dividend of 0.18p (net) per Ordinary Income share (equal to the 0.18p (net) declared for the previous quarter) and a third interim dividend of 0.50p (net) per Common share (equal to the 0.50p (net) declared for the previous quarter) both for the year ending 31 December 2014.

The dividends will be paid on 7 November 2014, to shareholders on the register as at 17 October 2014, and are in accordance with the relative entitlements of the Ordinary Income shares and the Common shares to the distributable profits of the Company under the Company's Articles of Association. The ex-dividend date is 16 October 2014.
