As at 31 March 2005, the Group held net cash (in excess of bank debt) of approximately #2.4 million.  At the date
hereof, the Group's net indebtedness is approximately #8.2 million.  This movement relates principally to the
funding of consideration paid on the purchase of two aircraft as announced on 16 May 2005.
A STATEMENT THAT THE DIRECTORS OF THE APPLICANT HAVE NO REASON TO BELIEVE THAT THE WORKING CAPITAL AVAILIABLE TO
IT OR ITS GROUP WILL BE INSUFFICIENT FOR AT LEAST TWELVE MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ITS ADMISSION:
The directors of Dart Group PLC have no reason to believe that the working capital available to it or its group
