The Company received notification on 18 August 2005 that Aberforth Smaller
Companies Trust plc now holds a total interest of 1,136,200 ordinary shares in
the Company, which represents 3.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company received notification on 15 August 2005 that Schroder Investment
Management Limited now holds a total interest in 4,845,713 ordinary shares in
the Company, which represents 14.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
