                            Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that between 11 and 14 March 2008 it purchased 11,434
Ordinary shares at an average price of  212.10p per share to be held in
Treasury.

The Company has 10,800,000 Ordinary Shares in issue of which 69,434 are held in
Treasury.  The Company will continue to  purchase its own shares for Treasury
when appropriate and in accordance with the authority granted by its Members.
