Director/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
('PDMR')

September 2024: Kingfisher plc
announces the following transactions made by Thierry Garnier, Chief
Executive Officer (a PDMR) on 25 and 26 September 2024.
On 25 September, Thierry exercised
1,447,573 nil-cost options over Ordinary Shares of 15 5/7p in the
Company, granted to him in 2019 as Delivering Value Incentive (DVI)
awards, under the Kingfisher Alignment Shares and Transformation
Incentive Plan (KASTIP). A portion of the vested shares were then
sold to satisfy tax and National Insurance
liabilities.
As indicated in the Company's
2023/24 Annual Report released in April 2024 and, in accordance
with the approved Directors' Remuneration Policy, on 26 September
Thierry subsequently sold 50% of the resulting shares and retained
the remaining 50%. Following the
transaction, Thierry's shareholding as a percentage of salary is
currently 333%.
