Director Declaration

Pursuant to paragraph 6.6.13 of the listing rules of the Irish Stock
Exchange and paragraph 9.6.13 of the listing rules of the UK Listing
Authority, Kenmare Resources plc ("the Company") hereby notifies the
following in relation to Mr. Anthony Lowrie who was appointed as a
Director of the Company on 7 September 2006:
