Grant of Options
MyHealthChecked PLC (AIM: MHC), the consumer home-testing
healthcare company, announces that Unapproved Share Options
("Options") over 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 1.5p in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") have been granted to Directors under the 2016
EMI Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of 9.5 pence per share
(being the closing price of the Ordinary Shares on 22 September
2023) as detailed below:

The Options will vest in three equal tranches on 25 September
2024, 25 September 2025 and 25 September 2026. Each Option is
exercisable into one Ordinary Share and once vested, can be
exercised up until 25 September 2033. If however the Company was
taken over by means of a bid or reverse takeover prior to the final
vesting date, all remaining unvested Options will vest
immediately.
In addition, 345,000 Options in aggregate have been granted to
other staff members under the EMI scheme and a further 60,000
Unapproved Options to a consultant to the Company. All these
options have the same exercise price.
These new Options represent approximately 2.31 per cent of the
Company's current issued share capital. In total 3,905,000 options
are now outstanding, representing approximately 7.51 per cent of
the Company's current issued share capital.
