The Company confirms that the Report & Accounts of the Company for the year
ended 31 December 2005 have been posted to shareholders and are available to the
public, free of charge, from the offices of the Company, Petards House, Windmill
Business Village, Brooklands Close, Sunbury on Thames, Middlesex TW16 7DY, for
at least one month following the date of this announcement and are also
available at www.petards.com.



In addition, the Company was today informed that Ian Taylor M.P., Non-Executive
Deputy Chairman, has, via his SIPP, purchased 75,000 Petards ordinary shares of
1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.89p per share. Following this transaction, Ian
Taylor's aggregate interest in Ordinary Shares amounts to 5,400,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.85 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
