Update on Strategic Review and Formal
Sale Process
As announced on 23 October 2024, the Board is
conducting a review of the Company's strategic options including a
potential sale of the Company (the "Formal Sale Process") (together the
"Strategic
Review").
Pursuant to the Formal Sale Process, the Board
is currently in active discussions with a number of interested
parties in relation to a potential sale of the Company and has made
available a dataroom.
Pursuant to the Strategic Review, the Board
will also continue to explore all the options available to the
Company focusing on maximising value for the Company's
shareholders.
The Board will provide a further update to
shareholders on the Strategic Review and Formal Sale Process in
calendar Q1 2025.

The PRS REIT plc is a
closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in
the Private Rented Sector ("PRS") and to provide shareholders with
an attractive level of income together with the potential for
capital and income growth. The Company is investing
