    PREMIER UK DUAL RETURN TRUST PLC

The Board of Premier UK Dual Return Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that it
has repaid the �7.5 million loan facility to Lloyds TSB Bank plc two weeks
ahead of the scheduled termination of the facility.

The Company has paid interest rate swap breakage costs of �883 in respect of
the repayment.
