NOTICE OF CLERICAL ERROR IN FINAL TERMS

Leverage Shares 5x Long Nasdaq 100 ETP Securities (ISIN XS2399364152)

(the "Relevant Series")

Leverage Shares plc (the ("Issuer") hereby gives notice of a clerical error included in the final terms (the "FT") of the Relevant Series, as submitted to the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange.

The Issuer hereby confirms that the inclusion of the below paragraph, in two instances in the FT of the Relevant Series, was included in error and should be deleted in its entirety.

"Application has been made to the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana) for the Series of ETP Securities to which these Final Terms apply to be admitted to the official list of the Italian Stock Exchange and to be admitted to listing and trading on the Italian Stock Exchange."

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the FT of the Relevant Series.
